MY CAR WAS IN FOR WARRENTY REPAIRS IN DECEMBER 2012.I WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR MY CAR WITH NO REPORT WHAT WAS DONE ON MY CAR, IN THAT TIME I ASK FOR A COURTESEY VEHCILE, THEY SAID TO ME THEY DONT HAVE ANY VEHCILES FOR ME.I LEFT IT.IN JANUARY 2013 I FELT A SHATTERING ON MY FRONT WHEELS.I LEFT IT IN FEBRUARY THE SHATTERING GOT WORSE SO I PHONED HYUNDAI BRITS IN NORTH WEST PROVINCE, I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM, TOLD THEM ABOUT THE SHATTERING THEY SAID I MUST BRING IT IN.TOOK IT IN ON THE 27 FEBRUARY, DID NOT GET A PHONE CALL FROM THEM SO I PHONED THEM THEY SAID THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND LET ME KNOW.WHAT THEY DID NOT DO.I PHONED ON THE 5 TH OF MARCH TO GET FEED BACK ON MY CAR THEY SAID THEY GONNA LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AGAIN WILL PHONE ME BACK IN THE AFTERNOON WHAT THEY DID NOT DO.I PHONED HALF PAST 4 THAT AFTER NOON THEY SAID TE WARRENTY PAPERS IS NOW READY AND WILL FOWARD ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND THE FEED BACKS FROM THE COMPANY THAT IS WORKING ON MY CAR.WHAT I FEEL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT TIO SELL CARS AND FORGET ABOUT YOU.IT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE CAR R350000-00 SO EVERY 2 MONTHS THE CAR MUST GO BACK AND I MUST STAY WITH OUT ANY TRANSPORT.THIS IS NOT FEAR WANT TO KNO
