I purchased a pre owned Ford Focus from Hyundai Midrand in July 2012. 3 weeks later it had to go back in due to clutch failure, and has been there about 9 times ever since due to the same fault. In December 2012 after I got my car back from Hyundai my CV Joints broke while driving and i almost met an accident. 12 February 2013 my car went to Ford Centurion for service and they notified me that my clutch is not right and informed me to take it back to the Hyundai. 20 February 2013 on my way home from work the water pump packs up and I am once again paying for something I cannot use and left without transport. My last conversation with the Manager From Hyundai Midrand said that this complaint leaves a bitter taste in his mouth. I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ANYONE FROM HYUNDAI MIDRAND AS THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, I WANT THIS MATTER DEALT WITH BY SOMEONE SENIOR AND AS A MATTER OF URGENCY.
