I bought a Scorpio Hawk, after 5000 km the left front brake caliper packed up it is already two and a half weeks that i am waiting for spares.
I contacted head office regarding this, a very friendly lady promised it will be sorted out same day. But it did not happen .never heard from her again. I am still without a vehicle and get a promise everyday from the local branch. They did not even bother to offer me a courtesy vehicle. This is a guarantee job and they sell stuff they cant maintain, i stopped my payments at the bank due to the fact that i cant work, i also told them if they cant get my vehicle running they must take it back and pay my money back. They sell substandard vehicles with absolutely no backup.
