I was involved in an accident on 07.01.2013 and immediately reported the accident to the insurance and they approved this on 22.01.2013. They then forwarded to Paramount Body Works an authorisation of such. Made contact with them various times to check if they have taken note of the authorisation, without them confirming this to me. I have called the company various times, being transferred to the same lady speaking with a "lazy' voice, informing me that my parts had not arrived yet. On 06.03.2013, date I am writing this report, I was driven to actually do their job by making a follow up with Toyota to check if the parts had arrived. Did that, and phoned the lady back, only to be told that they do not know when they will actually book my car. In all of this, I have been driving a car with an open boot for over 2 months. Paramount Body Works has the worst service in PE. I know I will have to waite another month to get my car back. Horrible and disgraceful. Will never ever recommend this company to anyone else.
