To make a long story short I need repairs done to my Citroen C4 2011 model and have been waiting since the 28-01-2013. It is now the 02-04-2013 and still no one can tell me whats going on with the parts and feedback regarding my car.
Renew It Auto body "suggested by my insurance company" is so pathetic regarding the parts and ordering process that they had my car sent to Citroen in Woodmead to carry on with the ordering process of the ECU apparently.
To all that reads this do not buy what a salesperson (Citroen Fourways) sells you cause it is 100% BULL! @#$ regarding the parts and that they are all local now.
You are selling new cars every day but your existing customers you can not keep happy?! Whats the point?!
I will never own a Citroen ever again because of the incompetent after-sales.
And also I have phoned Shaun at Renew it Auto body regarding the parts just after 8am this morning as he said he will get his "LIne Manager" to follow up and call me back, its 4 hours later and still no feedback as requested.
Can't wait to get my car back thats the whole problem but DO NOT have an accident you will be sorry!!! Longer than 2months sorry!!!
