I was recently in an accident and damaged the right hand side of my car. The repairs were carried out by Avant Garde in Kya Sands. They did the initial repairs, I collected my vehicle after six weeks, on closer inspection I noticed that there were major defaults to the mechanicals, spots in the paintwork and the body parts were skew and they had failed to carry out the job. I took the car back and they told me they would sort it out.
After two weeks I had to contact them to find out that the vehicle was not ready, and that all parts still have not arrived. They dropped off my car and still everything was not fixed and up to standard. Three days later I phoned them again to say that my car was still giving me problems and is making noises. I inspected the car and once again pointed out all the problems with it that they had not addressed. They kept the car and re-did the job for the 3rd time.
My car had to be delivered to me on 22 October 2013 (Keep in mind that it is now more than THREE months after the accident) and I have not heard from them since. Clearly someone is not doing their job.
