I dealt with a gentlemen by the name of Vincent who not only kept me up-to-date with the repair process, he was courteous and went out of his way to furnish me with a courteous car at not extra charge.
The receptionist over the phone were very welcoming and friendly even when bombarded by endless calls with regards to the duration of repairs.
I'd recommend Paramount also for their quality and workmanship. My vehicle was involved in a major repair involving the front end, bumper, fender, axle, brakes, rims and paint work which was all done to a satisfactory standard. The premises was very clean and the area in which the vehicles were being worked on was private hospital sterile (clean)!
Its always a hassle dealing with a damaged vehicle but these guys cushion the blow and make you feel confident in panel beaters again. They used original parts, new from the box and fit them well too; (no back door - pirates)
