Shoddy workmanship and Bad service

This place is clearly rushing repair work and skimping on the checking of the work.
I booked my car into Renew-It Edenvale through my insurer for a dented drivers door. After I retrieved the car on 26 November - and paid for the service! - I noticed that the window winder on that door was not working consistently any longer. I also noticed that the door's inside panel was loose and falling off and that this was because a piece of trimming between the panel and the window was missing.
I took the car back immediately and was promised that the part would be ordered, I would get a call "first thing" the following morning - I could take the car home in the mean time. I did not receive that call. I called the company and was twice told I would get a call back. I did not get one. I called again on Monday, again I was promised a call back - nothing. I called again today, a week after this should have been sorted - there was no answer.
In the mean time I have been driving a car that is not in working order for a week.
All that had to be done was to call me and rectify the mistake - this was not done.
I am sorely disappointed and will be advising my insurer accordingly.
