My car was in for repairs through auto and general due to a minor accident where the bumper needed replacing and the beading along the wheel arch. After 15 days of repairs due to the wrong parts being ordered I went to collect my vehicle. Only to discover large dents on the roof due to something being dropped on the vehicle. The beading along the wheel arch promptly peeled off and I struggled to open the passenger door because of it. There were also parts missing on the inside of the wheel arch because the parts were never ordered.
I brought the car back a second time only after calling several times to see if there was a courtesy car available which i was promised. Obviously this was not the case. I left the car there for another week. I went to collect the car on 2 December 2013 and discovered the beading was still peeling off and the part inside the wheel arch still missing. There was wax/paint all over the upholstery the car battery was so flat they couldn't even start the car, there were two new chips on the paint work and the drivers seat now has a rip in it, as it seems like someone was standing on the seat to repair the roof that was damaged when I first collected it
