Bad Service and Don't Care Atttude

Ordered an item From Makro Online Shop. Was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of Feb. At 15h10 I call tem and they advise the driver is at Vangate Mall which is 2 minutes from my office. At 16h15 I call again and he is suddenly in Salt River and can deliver at 6pm. I say no it is a work address and I leave at 4.30pm and asked how can he be in Salt River on a Emergency Delivery when he was 2 minutes from my office an hour back. They then guaranteed delivery between 9 and 9.30 am this morning 1st of March. Its now almost 11am now and when i called they promise to call back yet have not done so as yet. I had the Sender call them and they called me back and said that it will be delivered "today". When I asked for clarification all they could say was "today". Attitude is like it or lump it.
