On 2 separate occasions I have walked into the NEW AUDI dealership opposite the Chilli Lane Shopping Centre and was assisted by the SAME sales rep for a 2nd hand AUDI on both occasions, the last scenario being 3 weeks ago and I was really keen on a 2nd hand Audi priced at R240 000, 00!!! probably small change for this dealership!!! with its fancy building and all. I left my business card for the SECOND TIME and asked the salesman to e-mail me the best on road price for the vehicle, 3 days later no e-mail so I sent the salesman 2 e-mails on separate days & asked for the price of the vehicle, 1 and a half weeks and NO E-MAIL!!! I sent an e-mail to the dealer principle advising him of the situation and requested SOMEONE please contact me, not only did he NOT respond, but I received a call from ANOTHER AUDI dealership advising me THEY had found out about the e-mail and advised me to rather come and buy an Audi from them!!! I find this service from an AUDI Dealership absolutely DISGUSTING!!! so needless to say I will NEVER purchase an AUDI!!! so I purchased a Mazda to the value of R260 000, 00 seeing as R240 000 is SMALL change for AUDI!!!
