I am in need of a part to get my 1995 Audi 2.6 cabriolet"s roof to function. I contacted Audi nelspruit and VW mokopane, and the attitude is sorry Sir, you will have to buy the whole Pump Assembly for close to R65 000.00. The part im looking for is 8G0898101 and freely available in America and Europe for close to R800.00. Does Audi S-A care so little that they will answer all customers with buy what you can get or get lost attitude. I have a 2006 Audi A3 as well, as well as a 2002 BMW 530i. I never ever had any problems buying any spare parts for my BMW. Maybe I should get rid of the Audi's and just drive BMW's as it is clear to me that BMW are more focused on Customer satisfaction than Audi.
