I recently had my car booked for repairs after hail damage. the staff there do not answer their phones nor do they not return messages. i was not happy with their service or employees. I had to physically go to the workshop to know what was going on... my car was parked in the sun for days which i was livid about. They did not do a final check on my car and left my mats for my car in the wash bay. i then had to pay R3980-00 for the excess (no fault of theirs outsurance was supposed to advise me of this) they did not even have R20-00 to give me change.
I am still waiting for them to drop off my mats and my change. No one has called to follow up and if i called i would be wasting my time. im curious as to how it is that they do business like this?
