I am at my wits ends with the staff at Danmar Longmeadow. my car has been with this branch from the second week in October and still have not received it. I have had to deal with Rude arrogant staff Stone Louw who would say yes to my questions just to get me off his back. My car has suffered hail damage whilst in the possesion of danmar longmeadow. Some one has done 704 km with my car. A red T badge has been removed from car. seems it was used for personal use while in their possesion. Damaged rims and tires from the accident have not been repaired and replaced, I have heard several variations of excuses or reasons from mangement down to Stone as why certain things have not been done. my concern is that there might have been more items that were not repaired and that whomever used the car and did the 704 km might have damaged the car/engine/gearbox.
it hasnt been a cheap and easy 4months without a car and I am really frustrated with this whole situtation now. some please step in and assist PLEASE
