My car was damaged in the hail of last year October. My insurance approved Danmar to repair the damage and I paid the R3000 excess in a few days (beginning of November).
Since that time I have to phone on a regular basis for feedback, only to be told the parts have not yet arrived. I have been waiting for almost 3 months to get my car repaired and am down R3000 which has disappeared into the ether (since I can't use it to bulld interest in my bank account).
I have left messages for Bongi, who is never in the office, and when she is, she says she will phone me back and then doesn't.
Either you fix my car or give me my money back. Your choice.
