Ive been having the ultimate worst time of my life with Vodacom / Vodacom Direct since ive been a client with Vodacom - which has been less that 14days! Therefore my horrific experience with them had to be stopped ASAP. let alone it carry on for 24 months! They clearly rely on RAM corriers, who clearly let them down time after time! I recieved a Late delivery (days later compared to what I was told) then after having nightmares cancelling my contract with vodacom RAM did not fail at making me wait another 5days longer than what seems to be the norm - What RAM does not understand is that the longer they take the more money its costing me from Vodacom that is billingme for having the device! Thank you RAM for your utter disapointing service, to me and to your other client Vodacom. Not only is that a head ace, the driver collecting Pick Up Number PU00301613 was shockingly rood, in a rush, unprofesional, pushy, demanding and very bossy towards me, making me feel like a piece of $h#T in he's hes hands! I was so shocked at the fact that other clients of RAM is being dealt with in the same manner by this guy? He failed to inspect the parcel, Tick the check list or fill anythign out. Woaw!
