First i get treated very badly and now my car

I would just like to say that i'm really disgusted in Audi's service. I've never ever seen anything like this, where sales consultants, managers and even the dealer principal shows you that they dont give a about you. This is just one scenario;on Friday my wife took off work because we planned to go away for the weekend, but we also needed to get our vehicle from Audi as it has been there all week again for the third time and i also had to get her to the hospital before we left for holiday. Firstly the woman whom i've been dealing with never calls me so i religiously called her almost every day to check how far me car is. But in any case, that Friday once again i made contact with Audi Northcliff early morning to check what time i can get my car as I wanted to get things moving early. I was then told by them that i can come and fetch my vehicle at 1pm. I then made sure i was there round 1pm. I then went to see a service consultant and because of the wait already and previous bad service i received i asked to speak to the dealer principal. He told me i don't have to worry, he'll sort out everything. I stood around there till round about 4:30, then seeing damage to the body of the car.
