We bought an Audi from a private dealer a month ago. We drove down to the Coast last week and there was a major problem on the car. We drove in at Audi South Coast on the Monday morning and was assisted so kindly. Our car dealer did not even load our warranty but Audi sorted everything out for us while we had coffee. The car was ready that same day. What a start to our holiday but thanks to Audi it turned out great! The car dealer we bought the car from can learn a thing or two from Audi.
As we got back from holiday the remote battery died and we went to Audi Cresta and again amazing service and each time they followed up with a call to see that we were happy with the service.
This is our first Audi and due to the great service we will never look back! Well done and thank you Audi! Your team is amazing!!!
