I bought my Audi A1 new and for a while now my Vehicle has been giving me problems, I took it to Audi in Fourways after complaining to Audi SA. They have had my vehicle for 2 months now. If I am lucky I will hear from Audi SA once a week with a status update - which means nothing, as they don't even know what's going on. Audi Fourways have not called me in a month, Audi SA called me last week Monday promise g to update me on Wednesday again but as per usual no phone call. I do not know where my vehicle is and what is happening with it. When they are meant to call me they never do. One day I went to fetch my vehicle after they called me, but to my surprise my car was not there. I could not see my car and still today I am waiting for answers as to the location of my vehicle. The service I have received has been nothing but disgusting. Promises are made but nothing ever comes through. Audi is quick to sell you a vehicle but when it comes to after sales customer service they turn the other way! If I don't call Audi I would never hear from them.
