Our Chrysler Voyager (1 year old) has been with the Jeep Constantia branch for the past 5 weeks - all we get is excuses that the head office has not approved the DAW (?) or requested further tests etc. Surely 5 weeks is unacceptable and not the industry norm.
Sandown: Please DO NOT refer this to the dealer principal, Veronika, as she has not been able to resolve this issue despite us having seen her personally on 1 Feb 2013 to try and resolve the issue.
What is my warranty or maintenance plan really worth if you get treated in this manner???
