I bought a big boy scooter sport flight 150 on 2/05/2013
On 22/05 scooter cut out and wouldnt start, scooter got towed in to Azania Benoni.
23/05 was contacted by Azania bike is ready, got there bike was still cutting out and was scratched on the fenders bike remained at Azania (Mechanic didn't know wat was wrong) Instructed Azania to do bikes service while it was there.
30/05 bike was ready for collection the following was done as per Azania
- Service, Manifold changed, CDI replaced, petrol pump changed, and panels were replaced. An argument broke out between Azania and my father where we were threatened with scissors.
- 2 weeks later, problem continued was instructed by head office to take the bike to Nicks cycles
Nicks got to work on the problem/fault finding where they found a spark plug in the flywheel (uhm wow) a service done AGAIN full report available.
14/06 finally bike returns but cut out again-problem still there contacted nicks, was instructed to return bike on 15/06
15/06 contacted by Nicks saying they have no clue whats wrong.
20/06 bike collected by head office to be repaired
24/06 notified to collect bike. collected bike still cuts, bike going back 25/06
