Mr Neville Scott sold a Johnway Gomoto Daisy Red Scooter to me for a cash price of R8950-00 in October 2012. Since I then I only have problems with this Gomoto Scooter. There was an oil leak, the battery died on 153 km, the engine parts needed to be sent in due to factory faults. When I complain that I only got poor service from this bike, he shouted at me in front of all the persons in the shop, saying I will never bring this scooter to him for further services. He also tried to slap me. A shop assistant give me his card, telling me he speak to every body like this. My scooter is presently at 387 km after 6 months, and it is standing in the garage, it does not work. When I approached his partner Pat Scott, he said that Neville refuse me to bring this scooter to his workshop. I am rather fed up with this type of attitude, because I brought this faulty bike from him, I think I do need to be sorted out. An apology will also be accepted. In this time, no man needs to be verbally abusive towards any woman, I am very offended.
