So I purchased the rio 1.4 tec at eastvaal motors in Middelburg.
1st issue: When I recieved feedback on financing from the bank, the dealer had included a tow bar which I had said I didnt want.
2nd issue: The dealer did not write a permit for my car as it was not yet resistered, when I got the permit, it had the incorrect dates on it.
3rd issue: I only got my number plates fitted during the 1st week of February (Apparently because they could not get someone to come to Pretoria and register my car) after I screamed and shouted. Let me also mention that I was told the guy would come and fit my number plates, when he arrived he placed my number plates on my desk and said I should go fit them myself. I call the dealership and told them it was unacceptable. The guy then left, upon return he fitted the plates without me being present.
Now the dealer calls and say I must come to Middleburg and fit the tow bar (I stay in Pretoria)
I want my tow bar fitted in Pretoria, why wasnt it fitted prior to me collecting the car? And why should I incure an expense due to the dealers incompetence?
