Ford
Figo Tdci - Serious problems being ignored

In 2011 I purchased a new Ford Figo Tdci from JW Auto in Cradock, in the Eastern Cape. Within the first couple of weeks of driving the vehicle it overheated. I immediately pulled off the road and phoned the service manager at JW Auto who instructed me on the procedures to follow. It was determined that my Intercooler/Condenser is blocked with insects thus resulting in poor air flow for the radiator.
The vehicle was booked in and they removed the radiators and cleaned them out in acid. I was irate when I learned that I had to cover 50% of the costs to have the radiators removed and cleaned in acid.
After this incident one of the area managers (Ian) visited JW Auto and I took the Figo to him for investigation. He promised to take the matter further about having a "test" temperature gauge installed in my Figo somewhere to monitor the situation, but according to the Service Manager the factory decided against it because of too much "Red Tape"...
The vehicle now already overheated more than 50 times and I'm refused assistance by Ford.
Besides that theres a leaking diesel injector that they also refuse to repair and my air- pump is whining very loud. All reported under gaurantee
