I bought a Ford Figo in August 2012. The car started jerking when driving it and I took it to the dealership where I bought it. They tested it and then found that there was a faulty batch of fuel pumps on the Figo TDCi cars. They replaced the fuel pump December 2012. The car started with the same problem again in February 2013. I took the car back and struggling ever since the beginning of April 2013 to get the problem resolved. I have logged a complaint on the Ford website and was given a ref number (SrvReqNo:[0600016892]). I phone thhe dealership and was told they will inform me when I can bring thhe car in, but since the 14th of May 2013, there was no feedback. Is this how Ford treats their customers?
