I purchused a Volvo from Citton cars there response time was amazing when I put the enquiry in, within a few days I had my car Great service and a very speedy transaction I was highly impressed by there service especially
Martin. When I picked up my car I was told a new battery was fitted by battery center and it was under guarentee so I dident bother checking it, a few days later cartrack installed the tracking device and I was told the battery box can't close because the batterys to big. I informed Martin and I was told it would get sorted out. The battery was installed by battery center Gezina and I stay in, Nelspruit I was told to take it it but when I phoned them to confirm they new nothing about this, I then contacted Martin and I understand there is paperwork that needs to be done now as I'm in Nelspruit, I am really not happy I have heard nothing from Battery center or Martin today, I would like Citton cars to get on to battery center and get them to come to me to sort out my car I don't blame them for the problem but I expect them to get this sorted out and get the service they paid for from battery center then it is not me that's going to have to run around.thanks
