I bought a 2009 BMW 320i from this dealer. The salesman Jason were really friendly and helpful so there were no reason to doubt this dealers integrity.
I had the car two days when the battery failed, on investigation I found an old worn 628 (41 VA) battery in the car instead of a 658 (90 VA). After calling Jason they came to my work to replace the battery, when they arrived they had a even worse 628 battery and told me this will work, I did not accept the battery and were told to come to the dealership the next day, 4 jump starts later they replaced it with a ok looking 658 battery which lasted 2 days, after being stranded yet again on a Sunday I replaced the battery with a new one.
I submitted the invoice and were told it is a second hand car and they do not install new parts? refusing to pay the battery.
When I bought the vehicle I was told the motor plan can be extended, again a lie, BMW do not extend the motor plan if the limit is exceeded by 1 km there is no grace period of 5000 km.
I traded in a VW Polo with 212000 km on the BMW and by some miracle it changed to 190000 km on the floor?
SO IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY BUY FROM RIGHT CARS. THEY WILL NOT HONOUR ANY AGREEMENT
