How long will this go on?

I took my car to be assessed in October 2012. After paying the excess, I had to wait 3 months for my car to be booked in.

Now, I am told that my car's bonnet is not repairable and the new part has to be ordered after my insurance authorises it. Isn't that why I took my car to be assessed in the first place? My rental car expires in 10 days, after which I will have no car.

Who is responsible?
Why was this only raised to my attention after I phoned you?
What am I supposed to do without a car?

I look forward to getting my car back, and would like to assure you that after the incidents reported here, I will never bring my car back to Danmar. I will also try to dissuade those I know from ever using Danmar, as your standard of service is well below the average.

My insurer will be hearing about this incident, so that they can also stop their clients from using your services.

I am shocked, disappointed and angry.
