Slow, but good work

My car was damaged by hail last year and had to be repaired.
Danmar would have had the car ready very quickly except for the parts supplier dragging their feet in supplying some of the parts.
The work done was very good and I have no complaints there. I would like to thank the people who did the hard work.
However, some advice to Danmar: invest in a system that sends out SMS's to clients to inform them of the progress, status, etc.
This is where Danmar is very bad - keeping us informed.
However, having said that, I would recommend Danmar.
