My car was damaged in the hailstorm in October. My car was assessed and Danmar was there to organise. I was told they would get back to me about when I can bring my car in. I told them I would be working overseas for 3 months, they said that I could leave my car there and there would plenty of time to repair the car whilst I was away. The man's name was Brian. I never heard back and tried calling a few times before I left but no answer. I left details with my father and eventually organised to pick up my car early January. I have phoned/left many messages, only one time did someone call me back. The lady I was speaking to kept delaying the date that my car would be ready. I spoke to Donavan on Monday and he said the car needed to be washed but would be ready anytime from 12pm on Tuesday. At 2:50pm yesterday the car wasn't clean. I was told to wait a "couple minutes". I waited for over 3 hours. I inspected my car and upon arriving home and wanting to lock my car with the remote I found that the remote wouldn't lock any of the doors anymore. This was working before the car was repaired by Danmar. I am now waiting for someone to get back to me so that I can ask what to do now?
