I BOOKED IN A PARCEL ON 14 FEB 2013 AND PAID FOR A TO DOOR SERVICE. THE PARCEL WAS NEVER DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY. I PHONED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO NAMAZWAZI. NAMAZWAZI PUT ME THROUGH TO A MANAGER LINDIWE. LINDIWE NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE AND THE CALL WAS DIVERTED TO NAMAZWAZI. WHEN NAMAZWAZI HEARD IT WAS ME SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR. I PHONED AGAIN AND NAMAZWAZI CUT ME OFF ONCE AGAIN!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I PAID FOR AN OVERNIGHT TO DOOR SERVICE AND ITS NOW 4 DAYS AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHERE MY PARCEL IS. TRACKING NUMBER TC1727488782ZA
