Complete Indifference and lack of interest

I went to the Battery Centre at Bruma earlier today to have my battery checked out, the guy that was there at the time came over to my car had a look at the battery and said it was dead, I asked him how he could tell, he said from the date on the battery, I asked him to test it just to be sure, but he point blank refused, He was not interested at all, never even offered to sell me another battery

I then went to Midas down the road, and was amazed at the level of service i got from them, Although they confirmed that i do need to replace the battery, they only did so after doing a test on my battery.

2 Different outlets, 5 minutes from each other, but the SERVICE IS WORLDS APART.

NEEDLESS to say i will NEVER go back to any Battery Centre, I will also be informing all my friends about the Disgusting Service you can expect from Battery Centres Countrywide.

I will also be making posts about the BAD SERVICE on any and every SOCIAL MEDIA at my disposal

BATTERY CENTRES clearly do not need business
