My vehicle was booked in for a relatively minor repair on 14 Jan 2013. Despite phone calls, and e-mails for which no response has been forthcoming, I escalated the complaint to the owner of the business. Despite his empty promises and apathetic manner, I have had to again escalate the matter to the insurance company to force any response. Its now been 5 weeks and I still have no vehicle yet, but one thing had been consistent - the lack of responses and ongoing garbage service ethic from Bredren Autobody!
