I got into an accident December 2013, and my insurance selected Bredren Autobody as my panel-beater who will do the repairs on the vehicle. Unfortunately my vehicle also got hail damage while it was at the towing station waiting to be assessed, Bredren took note of the second damages and actually went out of their way to inform my insurance as i was not present when my car went in for repair's at their shop.
Car was delivered on time, they keep me updated every single time... on the progress.
Now i my car is going in for the second time (Hail Damage), and what an awesome service i have received from them... Thank you to, Joyce (Receptionist), Alfonso (Inspection Manager) and Charmain (Accounts)... great service guys, for giving me the ease for taking everything seriously and giving your customers satisfaction that our cars are in safe hands.
