My advice; If you are ever in an accident and your insurance company wants to send you to Bredren, just drive your car off a cliff. It'll be less painful all round than dealing with Bredren!
On 2 May 2013, someone drove into my car and since then, I've almost been wishing that they had simply written it off! It took Bredren more than a month to get the actual replacement parts. Of course, nobody ever calls you and updates you on the situation and when you call in, you get snippy comments and bad attitude.
Thank goodness I didn't give in to Marcella's request to bring my car in immediately as I would have run out of car hire.
When they finally got the parts, I took my car in (the address they give is inaccurate and the GPS co-ordinates take you to a random mine in the middle of nowhere!) and was told that it was a relatively minor job that would take 1 week. Nearly 3 weeks later, I'm giving up hope of ever seeing my car again! Every time you phone, you get given a different return date and a story. Oh, and that's after, Marcella promises to check with the workshop and get back to you and NEVER EVER DOES!
Maybe I should just give up on my car completely?!? :(
