Bad Service on warranty repai

We purchased a brand new Kia Rio Tech on 04 January 2013. On 08/02/2013 the aircon was not working. The car went in on 11/02/2013 for the repair, which they wanted to charge us R 450, 00 for. A day later the same problem occurred. Car went in again on 14/02/2014, the result now they waiting for the equipment to test the aircon on 21/02/2013. I need to hire a car now for a business trip on 17/02/2013, costing me R 800.00 . The dealership response: they don't offer loan vehicles. Seriously, you expect more than this for a brand new car that is just over a month old??
