Ad service from Gateway autobody

I was involved in a car accident on the 27-10-2012 and my car was taken to Gateway Autobody (Approved Ford Panelbeater) they did a horrible job on my car the mirrior, wiper cowl, Aircons and i couldnt read the kilometres. and they were suppose to take my car to Ford for Airbad reseting guess wat they did themselves and not properly. when i confronted the manager Franco Strydom, he said my friend ford Lazarus approved this car. i went to ford Lazarus they have heard of Gateway Autobody, infact there was no Job card meaning he is being lying to me.

The question to you (Ford SA) IS What procedure do you follow when approving/ issuing the certificate to panelbeaters and who monitors then that they adhere to your rules and regulations. I went to several ford and they told me that for Airbag reseting they should have taken the car to ford.
