I bought my Jeep Commander with modifications on the Car. I asked them the day when I bought if it will be covered under motor plan and they informed me yes. And they still sold me an extension on the motor plan. And now that they have to fix the car now they will not pay and have loaded restrictions on my motor plan. I explained to the service manager about 20 times, before, that they have sold me an extension on the motor plan on my Jeep as it is. I did not mod the car. I can understand if I bought it standard and then made mods to the Jeep myself, but I bought the Jeep from them like that and they sold me the motor plan. They where very quick to take my money but now that they have to pay, NOW they say they are not going to pay because the car has been modified. Now to me, that is committing. VERY UNHAPPY with Chrysler SA.
