My aircon stopped working after 1 month of owning the car (new bought on 4 Jan 2013) I wanted the car replaced but dealership and Kia SA insisted on repairing. They had to remover the dashboard to fix the problem. I did not want that as I knew there would be problems afterwards. Sure enough I am sitting with a rattle in the dash. I have had the car for 6 months and it has only been one night mare after another. Not to mention anyone at the dealership to actually sort out the problem..
The car went in two weeks ago, I waited 45 minutes to book it in, only to be informed no loan vehicle (as per arrangement) and sorry cant work on your car today. They took my phone number and said they will contact me... I am still waiting.
I wont buy another KIA product again and definitely not from the Menlyn dealership.
