I bought a car (Qashqai) in October 2013 @ Nissan Menlyn. The following day after collecting the car the airc on was not working. I took it back to them and they took it to their air on people and it came backworking. Few weeks from then it stopped working again. I took it back and was then told that the aircon gas tube is leaking. A new one was ordered and I went back within a week to have it replaced. Few weeks from then the air on stopped working again. Took it back and it came back working but they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Now it has stopped working again and when I called the sales person for assistance he tells me that he's job was just to sell me the car anything wrong with the car I must take it up with the service department. I'm now in mpumalanga and called the nelspruit dealership and was told their air on people are closed and will open on the 06 of January 2014. I'm very at having to pay for a car that is not up to scratch. Menlyn sales and service department have done nothing but show me the middle finger since I bought this car. I'm really regretting buying this car.
