I bought a new Kia Rio on 4 January 2013, 3 weeks later the airconditiner / climate control stops working. I have taken the car to Kia Menlyn on 5 occasions to be told they cant find the problem with the promise they will organise a loan vehicle.
They now want to take the dashboard apart to find the problem, I am now in week 7 of waiting for them to sort out the problem.
If they dont have loan vehciles then take one from used cars or hire one from Avis.
I WANT A NEW CAR THE SAME COLOUR AND SPECS OF THE CURENT ONE THAT HAS THE PROBLEM!
I have had it with excuses! Time Kia sorts out this problem... replace the car as I dont trust the repairs not after the disapointment so far.
