On the 22 December my husband and I went to Dodge Fourways to buy a gear link for a Dodge Calibre, we received the link on the day. We then returned it on the 31st of December 2012 as we could not use it anymore. The person who worked for their stores told us the manager is on lunch to sign the cheque and he will call us. He did not call and my husband decided to go back to collect the cheque himself. He then told him that the manager is on leave and he cannot help him but will call him the following week. He again waited for the call which did not happen, my husband then decided to go back to dodge to collect the cheque. He told him that the manager is still on leave to authorise the cheque, He will call us when the manager is back, he did not call back as usual. Today (11/01/2013) my husband went back to collect the cheque as promised, he told him he cannot give him the cheque because the Link was a special order, he has to give him the link back, my husband explained to him that the link was not a special order for us as we bought and received it the same time. He did not want to listen to the explanation and said he must take the cable back. It took him four weeks. Unaccwptable.
