Bad service and lack of communication

We bought my car at the Fourways dealership, on the day of the test drive my husband brought the sound of the leaking gasket to the sales person's attention, he promised us it would be done before we took ownership of the car, forward 6 months later we get told that the gasket was never fixed, on the day my husband took the car in to get the problem fix he was told that the part would be at the dealership on the Thursday but he would be called for confirmation, on his way home the car started smoking badly, he called the dealership and waited on the side of the road for a response, until he eventually drove back to the dealership an hour later to check what was happening. he was told by the service manager that the smoking car is not a huge problem it would come right but he should bring it back in on Thursday, which I did today and to my frustration, I get told to wait an hour before they can confirm if the part is there. who has an hour on a working day to sit around at a dealership drinking coffee and watching everyone else work? I am beyond myself with anger this is not how you treat clients and they should talk to each other, this whole ordeal has cost us time and money
