Damaged Vehicle after Servicing

Jan 2013, Took vehicle in for service for 80 000km. Had Cambelt & Fanbelt changed. Cambelt was not placed correctly, missed the tooth. Took it back after 3 days, Vehicle had no power and idling was uneven. Car was in for repair for more than 2 weeks. Head was reskimmed, One Coil was replaced. After complaining to Head Office Sandton, Asher - General Manager contacted me on the (monday) 11.02.2013 for me to collect my car. Tuesday evening, Rev's are high and Idling STILL uneven. Wed, 13.02.2013 Took the car back, Asher wanting to give me a quote on the replacement of the 3 remaining coils, but will do the labour for free.
Why is this MY Cost, when it is the responsibility of Car Service City to fix their shoddy work?
I will Never take my car there again, this is the 2nd bad experience I've had with the same people. First it was their rude receptionist, who thankfully moved to the Woodmead Branch.

I will not be taking my car back there for any kind of repair, only to have my vehicle MORE damaged.
Empty promises, not taking responsibility for their actions, is disgraceful.
