My dealing with Renew-it (Randburg) is the most disappointing experience I had in my life. I am not talking of just my first experience, the second time was even worse. Last year my wife's Mercedes was damaged by hail and had to go back 4 times. The person who was responsible for my wife's car was Tony.
Now my Mercedes was damaged by hail and once again they are the only Mercedes approved panel beater. I had no choice and had to take my vehicle to them. It takes them 10 days to get feedback from their workshop.
My vehicle was damaged while it was on their premises and they did not inform me about it.
I am forced to use Renew-it or my warranty on my vehicle will expire. This is not on.
