I bought a Renault Logan in 2010, which means the car in 3 years old, but its falling to PIECES!!! The seat on the passangers side bends constantly and we had it "fixed" twice now, but it still is broken. Its so bad that the metal pushed through the seat!!
I just went to Renault in Welkom and asked them if someone could please have a look at my car as I suspect the gas from the aircon is either leaking or finished. The receptionist just told me that they don't have time because they are fully booked and that they only have one technician working. NO ALTERNATIVE, NO "LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN DO"!! NOTHING!!! She just told me to take it to another dealership or a place where they can refill my cars aircon! It's not another dealerships car!! IT'S A RENAULT!!!
I have been a customer of Renault for nearly ten years now and how I am being treated is appauling!! Don't they realise that I CHOSE to drive a Renault, it wasn't forced onto me!! I am VERY angry at myself for choosing this car from this company!!
