Took my car (VW GTI) in for a windscreen replacement @ PG in Ransburg, they fitted the windscreen and at the same time made scratches on the driver's side post. I should have leant my lesson after taking my car Polo to them a few years ago and they damaged my dash... and both times on going back to them, they give u a bull excuse that it couldn't have been them, and must have happened elsewhere as their tools can't do that.. I meant like, would I come back to u and tell u that this happened at your shop, if it wasn't obvious? the scratches wasn't there before the car came in, and after washing it the past weekend, its there... scratches on the post, in line with the top off the windscreen where u would make the entry point to remove the glass... Come on guys... up need to really catch a wake up... Never will I fit at your center again...
