I have a damaged windscreen, which is far beyond the level of competence of windscreen direct to repair! They have messed up the claim 3 times and are full of excuses. After logging the complaint incorrectly as a repair and not a replacement, they then sent the wrong glass. Then they discovered that the glass had to be imported. Finally after a month the glass arrives and they say that they can't fit it because of weather. They have no back up plan or solution for this problem. The manager can only provide excuses not solutions. I am apalled by the whole experience
