Another week has passed, making this the 4th week of no delivery of my UNISA Books, everytime i call the call centre it has either been returned or with them. wow never in my life have i had to go pick up my own parcel when i have paid a courier company to do it in the 1st place. I better get a refund for my since i have to now go get my own books from the courier company can you believe it!!!
I got a quick response on hello peter about my 1st complaint then nothing a pathetic attempt at trying to clear your name skynet. unisa should find a new courier company to work with period. I mean how hard is it to get to Rivonia really!!
