No delivery and no communication from Skynet

I registered for distance learning with Unisa and selected the courier option for study material to be delivered hoping the process would be faster and more reliable then post.
I have been waiting for a delivery with no avail, the books were Loaded into vehicle 24/07/2013 02:21, 24/07/201 04:01 Dispatched for Delivery and 25/07/2013 11:37 Return.
I called skynet on 29-0713

NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF ANYTHING, if i was not proactive I would still be expecting my Books.

I was advised that they did not deliver because the car broke down, then when I called again they said that the was no one at the house but that is not possible, when they say they delivered I was not called or anything but they say they got my my place of residence.

I spoke to a lady Named Queen and she promised that she would get the books delivered to my place of work yesterday 29-0713 and she will call me back to advise the time and I'm still waiting.

The whole experience has been rubbish and the staff need to be trained on customer service, NEVER TO MAKE A PROMISE THEY CANNOT KEEP AND NOT ADIVSE IF THEY RUN INTO A ISSUE, even the post office with all their delays seem to be more efficient
